Enjoy an enchanting view of the Comacina Island from this lakeside villa with an idyllic setting perfect for exclusive, year-round stays. With a big private garden, swimming pool, three bedrooms and four bathrooms, this 2-level villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, in a setting full of elegance, comfort and relaxation for an unforgettable vacation! On the ground floor, there’s a big living area with one side facing the lake and the other facing the beautiful garden. This area also has a big sitting room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and DVD player, a dining area with a crystal table and a kitchen equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Big French doors lead out into the garden, passing through a covered patio with big tables to enjoy meals in total serenity or a barbequing with breathtaking views all around. In the magnificent garden, there are centuries-old olive trees and a swimming pool with sunbeds for guests to read or sunbathe in total relaxation and privacy. In the upper part, there is also an outdoor sitting and a dining area under a porch, a timeless frame from where to enjoy the wonderful view of the garden, lake and the Island. Sleeping On the first floor, there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Out of these, two bedrooms also have direct access to the terrace with outdoor seating and wonderful lake views. Extra: One of the double bedrooms with terrace access also has a pullout bed suitable for a child between the ages of 3-14. Bathroom All bathrooms are fitted with a shower and WC. To the guests who want to pass their vacations in Ossuccio, the authentic Trattoria Cheghel and the Lido of Sala in Sala Comacina are the most perfect places for guests with refined palates and a love of sophisticated cuisine. The stay in Ossuccio is not complete without a boat trip to the Island, to discover its history and secrets and concluding it with an absolutely unique dinner at the famous restaurant “Locandadell’Isola Comacina”. The idyllic environment of the historic Sala Comacina places our guests only a few steps away from the Greenway passage of the Lago, the Lido, tennis courts, the boat rental services of the close Ossuccio, supermarkets, and Villa Balbianello, picturesque attraction in Lenno (5 minutes drive) and more. Bars, restaurants, connections with ferryboats, lidos and Villa Carlotta can be found on the Tremezzina bank, only 10 minutes away by car. Additionally, the most active guests can enjoy the tracks on the nearby Sacro Monte of Ossuccio and San Martino in Griante, or live a carefree moment on the lake sailing or practising several water sports.

Thank you for all your help and support both before and during our visit to Como. Your team is awesome! Villa Anna is a beautiful home in a perfect location. We enjoyed the pool and swimming in the Lake which we did every day. The weather was perfect from late August to early September while we were there. We also really enjoyed renting a boat and viewing the Lake at our own pace. Your team, especially Danillo, helped us arrange everything and gave great advice on hikes, restaurants and parking during our day in Milan. We also appreciated your recommendation to have a chef prepare dinner for us at the house on our first evening. Diego was great and it was the perfect start to our week in Como. He picked some excellent local wines for us too! We really enjoyed having dinner at Locando dell’Isola - we were able to take our boat there for the 2 minute ride and also took the boat to lunch at Villa D’Esti. It was so easy to dock the boat in both places. We also visited Verenna and Bellagio and would highly recommend both towns. Danillo also helped arrange a water taxi for our day in Bellagio – the taxi picked us up from our dock at Villa Anna and returned us there at the end of the day. No better way to travel! Another great day included a walk to Villa Balbianello, which was a great workout, and then a short walk into Lenno for lunch at Ristorante Plinio. Villa Balbianello is a beautiful home in a perfect location on the lake. We toured the amazing gardens and had a very nice tour of this unique home. The lunch was also terrific and since we were walking back to the Villa, we didn’t feel too guilty. Our stay at Villa Anna was wonderful. Having the living room window right on the lake was breathtaking. The responsiveness of your team, in particular George Castillo, was superb. We could not have asked for better service. The house itself was perfect for our group of 6. The location across from Isola Comacina was ideal for roundtrip daily swims to the island. We also really enjoyed being able to rent a boat to view the lake on our own schedule. Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay for longer. The welcome basket of goodies was a thoughtful touch as we arrived late in the day. Being able to walk to the restaurant, La Tirlindana, for dinner right on the lake.
