Cleaning and Maintenance Manager for Riva Del Garda and surrounding areas

In this context, Happy Holiday Homes is looking for a cleaner and small maintenance person for the accommodations.

Supervise and lead the office, working closely with the area property managers. You will independently carry out the cleaning of the accommodation and minor maintenance work (+ coordinate emergency management through plumber, electrician, etc...) of the various properties for your area. You will also be responsible for managing linen stock and supplies, as well as liaising with our various service providers and craftsmen.

Requirements

You will also have administrative responsibilities (invoicing clients and owners) through our direct platform.

• Diploma
• At least 1/2 years of experience
• Languages: Italian (Possibly knowledge of English is also required)
• B-type driving licence required
• Basic computer skills are required
